Family

Brandy was our first Mastiff. She was born on Feb19, 1981. I worked at a vets office and she was given to me as a Wedding gift. She was a gem! I got her when she was 10 weeks old. She went to work with me everyday and raised an orphaned Siamese kitten named Bonkers, he is in this photo along with bobsey my manx cat. Brandy was spayed and never had a litter, but she loved her kitties. Bonkers would knead and nurse off of her all the time. Funniest thing you ever saw. Brandy was 4 years old when I had my first of three children. She loved all my kids and never was a problem. We miss her everyday still...............

Nobel's Turk of Castle Creek was to be my first show dog, and third Mastiff. Turk hated showing, he did not care for the ring and back in 1991 Brindles were not looked at often for points which made it even harder and more discouraging to show him. He had a lovely head and great movement. I even tried a professional handler on him and still he did not care for showing. So we gave up on the ring and he was our family pet. He was a great dog, good with my kids and loved all our animals also.
